All signals are derived from publicly available data: the NIH RePORTER API, the ClinicalTrials.gov API v2, and SEC EDGAR. We join these datasets on a time axis and present leading-indicator probabilities and base rates, not predictions of outcomes.

• Base rates are population statistics (e.g. clinical phase-transition probabilities from Wong, Siah & Lo, 2019) and do not predict any individual asset's outcome.
• Entity→ticker mapping is best-effort and may be wrong; always verify a company's identity and filings directly on SEC EDGAR before relying on anything.
